This is a video intended to show the quality of the Nikon D90 video mode, not to show photographic creativity. You can see the “rolling shutter” a little without the slow-mo, but with it, you can see everything, and it is really irritating. But at least the prank was fun!

Filmed with a Canon EOS 7D as a test.
Alexandra and I thought it was a nice day to go for some ice cream in the city, so we got on our bikes and brought along a 7D to test its video capabilities. On the way, we filmed a few of the people cycling through Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Spring Pictures taken with a Nikon D90 & 3 Nikkor Lenses – 18-55mm F3.5-5.6, 55-200mm F4-5.6, 35mm F1.8. Music credit – Goldfish – Fort Knox – as heard as in the Kia Soul hamster commercial. Thanks for watching!
Here’s a silly video showing my new camera and some of its peripherals, (and yes, I like to crush the light in post — whether it’s highlights or blacks ;^)
This camera rig is built around a full-frame sensor DSLR, a Canon 5D Mark II, and includes: Canon 2.8 L IS 70-200mm, Canon 2.8 L 17-35mm, Carl Zeiss 1.4 50mm, a set of Nikon Nikkor prime lenses, Lensbaby Composer (w. wide), Zacuto Z-Finder, Cavision and Tiffen 4×4 filters, Century matte box, Redrock Micro clamps, lens donuts, follow focus, carbon fiber rails, Sennheiser G3 wireless lavaliers, Sony D50, and Ambient shotgun microphone & mixer. It also got some DIY stuff, including 600 Lumens tungsten LED lights and lithium battery packs.
The wine is Ravenswood 2006 Zinfandel.
